CONDITIONS OF BOOKING
All accommodation is offered subject to availability at time of receipt of deposit, and at the tariffs applicable according to season.

Meal times are pre-arranged and no allowance can be made for meals not taken.
Rooms must be vacated by 10.00am on the day of your departure unless previous arrangements have been made.
The proprietors cannot accept responsibility for loss of guests’ property unless handed in for safe custody.
Accounts must be paid in full on arrival and cheques will only be accepted if prior arrangements have been made with the manager to allow for Bank Clearance.
In the event of any cancellation or curtailments should the accommodation not be re-let the person who made the booking will be liable to pay for the total cost as per the reservation, less an allowance for food and service. Deposits are not refundable but will be deductible from any claim for compensation arising out of any cancellation or curtailment of the contract.
The Wembley hotel is a family facility and all guests are required to be respectfull of staff and each other, keeping noise to a minimum
should anything in your bedroom(s) become damaged or broken this is to be reported to a member of staff, should any damage be caused on purpose or through alcohol consumption, the main guest will be liable for costs of repairing / replacing.
only paying guests are permitted in the rooms, all other persons will be evicted from the premises, if any guest invites another person back and they are found to have spent the night, they will be charged for that person.
we are 100% a non smoking hotel
no alcohol is to be brought into the building
children are the responsibility of their own parents / carers and not the hotel.
The proprietors reserve the right to amend, curtail or terminate any contract should the conduct of any person who is a part to that contract cause any detriment to the well being or comfort of other guests.
